Answer：I agree with this comment as we are currently living in a world comprises many different culture and we have to deal with various people whoo belongs to all these cultures. Global-mindedness represents a respect to all the peaple around you in spite of race, culture and creed. There is a valid reason for every single culture to behave in a certain way. As an overseas student, I also feels the importance of getting used to the way Singaporeans think, talk and behave. But just like the comment has imphasized, we have to implement this global-mindedness into our daily life----to forsight how the world is going to combine as a united society, and what we can do to be part of it, to fuse ourselves into a different future.
